Hello, One of the issues I run into when using Wiley Notes is that some of my clients information will have their names come up in the session topic and interventions, as well as their preffered pronoun, but, not others. It would be nice if we could preselct their preferred pronounn, and that their names would come up instead of "The client". Also, the session intervention needs to be in past tense because it is what was done. The upcomign intervention is correct "The therapist will, versus the therapist conducted. These small issues still cause me to spend a lot of time just on editing the note. Please fix this.

When is this going to be updated or refunded for providing a very dated product without updates. Seems like an obvious update that needs to be standard practice of this service

The most recent published version version of Wiley Treatment Planning includes gender nonconforming pronouns such as they/them/theirs when referring to a client. For example, on page 239 of the Cpmplete Adult Psychotherapy Treatment Planner, the text states, "Ask the client to identify possible reasons for his/her/their social network deficits." Not using the correct pronouns in client documentation results in the client feeling unseen and invalidated, increasing their symptoms of gender dysphoria. Please update to the most current language.

I have been using this software for about 5 years now and it seems like the Wiley Treatment Planners and Progress Notes are not changed. For $25/ month it seems like this would be updated regularly. For example, the Gender Dysphoria treatment plans and notes are so outdated they are unusable. On that topic, just the fact that they have his/her everywhere is outdated and it seems they could use them to make the notes look less awkward anyway. How often are these updated? If they do not get updated it seems I could save myself a lot of money by creating my own templates.
