Currently the task feature has a limit of 1,000 characters, and I've maxed that out. It would be helpful if the tasks would allow more characters so we can keep a continuous note for reference when coordinating with a client.
Thank you for following up on this. I'm using the task list as a to-do list, but also making notes within. For example if we received a referral for services, I would note the details, then reach out to the client. If they don't answer, I make note I've left a message and push the due date out to follow up a few times (making notes each time). I would also note things such as therapist availability for the appt.
