Is there any update on this? It directly reflects that 90791 Initial Assessment appointments are missing when going to create invoices. Instead requires double work by having to create an progress note additionally on top of the initial assessment portion to get the appointment attached, I.E. Populate as completed.
I need start/stop time to be added to the assessment. When I print out and send assessment to Medicaid in Missouri, they always complain because start/stop time not on it. They don't care it is on progress note that goes with it, they want it on the actual assessment. Causes me problems every time. Seems like would be an easy fix. Also, you have it where it automatically pulls the intake date into the assessment. This is not accurate for us. My administrative assistant puts the client and all their information in theranest. Which then puts that date in the assessment. But then my assistant schedules them with me for an assessment. I have to always remember to go back and change that date that it is pulling in because it is incorrect. I don't always remember to do so and so it is documented incorrectly.
