As a supervisor, I’d like to only receive alerts for the clients I’m directly involved with, rather than all clients I supervise, so it’s easier to find the notifications that are relevant to me.
If a client contacts me through the client portal while I'm away, allow me to set up an automatic out-of-office reply and the option to have those messages forwarded to another staff member.
