Paid Status -insurance vs cash/credit

I think it would be great if the ledger under paid would differentiate between what insurance paid and what the client paid in cash/credit instead of just the amount paid, if that makes sense. Sometimes it's hard to tell what the client paid thems...

Create invoices for the following year

At this time you are unable to create an invoice dated for the upcoming year because of the restriction by the AMA license. It would be nice for practices that do preemptive billing to be able to bill their sessions prior to the year changing.
