Add taxonomy codes at the staff level

Allow me to enter each staff member's taxonomy code on their profile and have it carry over to payers so I don't have to add it for each payer separately.

As an admin, allow me to see which staff member accessed a case and the specific information they accessed (a progress note, diagnosis codes, etc.).

Offer one-on-one training

Offer one-on-one training when setting up TheraNest or onboarding new staff so they can learn the correct way to document, file claims, etc. Some people learn better with direct instruction rather than by watching videos or reading articles.
