Filter Agenda & Calendar by appointment status

I wish there was a way you could filter the calendar by status type. As well as having set up so that each staff members appointments fall in a column order not sporadically in the calendar for ease of use. As this becomes difficult with places ...

Add ability to reactivate inactive insurance

Currently, once insurance is marked as inactive it cannot be made active again (without creating new and re-entering). Please make it so you can change the status back to active again.

Attach files and multimedia files to clinical documentation

Allow me to attach files and multimedia files (photos, audio files, etc.) to my clinical documentation (progress notes, initial assessments, etc.).

Add drawing/whiteboard abilities in Telehealth sessions

Allow both provider and client to annotate on each others video or shared screen like a whiteboard. Include drawing tools like pens (with colors and thicknesses), lines (different types), shapes (arrows, rectangles etc) and text annotations.

Add User setting to adjust platform text size

Add a User Profile setting to allow for the adjustment of the text size displayed within TheraNest. This setting would be beneficial when accessing TheraNest on devices of different sizes (laptop, tablet, mobile device, etc.)

Calculate amount for multiple responsible parties

We have several clients whose parents are divorced and each parent has a partial responsibility for payment. Some it's 50% each, others it's more specific like 75% and 25%. I'd like TheraNest to auto-calculate the amount that each parent owes base...

Remove demographic fields in TheraNest & Client Portal

Allow me to remove some of the demographic fields that are displayed in TheraNest and the Client Portal. There are some fields we don't need to capture (e.g. Religion).

Include signature line for custom forms

Allow clients/caregivers a way to sign custom forms. When creating a custom form there isn't a way to add a signature field.
