Paid Status -insurance vs cash/credit

I think it would be great if the ledger under paid would differentiate between what insurance paid and what the client paid in cash/credit instead of just the amount paid, if that makes sense. Sometimes it's hard to tell what the client paid thems...

Report that shows billing total per each therapist

I need a report that shows billing info for each therapist in our group. We need the report to state Client name, Service Date, DOB, CPT code, and possibly insurance company.

Customized scheduling

I’d like to schedule appointments every 45 minutes from 2:00 pm til 8:00 pm; ie. 2, 2:45, 3:30, 4:15 etc. can’t figure out how to do this. Is it possible?
