Autosave portal forms that clients are filling out. We've had clients not click the "save" button and lose all the information they entered, particularly with longer forms.

Allow me to add more than one authorization number for a client. We get separate authorization numbers for each service type we use and I need to be able to link the auth number to the service type for the appropriate invoice.

Allow other staff to manage unconfirmed appointments
Currently, if a client requests an appointment online, an alert is only sent to the therapist. As an office manager, I would like to be able to see all pending appointments so I can make sure they are getting approved within 24 hours.
It would be helpful to have a tab that is designated for process notes that can be labeled as separate from the rest of the medical record. These notes are more detailed by the therapist and are more protected under HIPAA.

Include Insurance company phone number on Insurance tab
When working on billing kinks for the insurance company, it would be helpful to have the insurance phone number field present on the insurance/billing screen.

Send confirmation to client if they confirm or cancel through a text reminder
If a client receives a text reminder and they confirm or cancel through the reminder, send them a confirmation that they have confirmed or canceled their appointment because sometimes they cancel and then show up to their appointment.
Allow me a quick way to find open timeslots for appointments. When scheduling new patients it can be difficult to find the next available appointment time because of the number of providers we have.
