When viewing any table that has client names, have them be listed as (Last Name), (First Name) rather than (First Name) (Last Name) so when I'm sorting or exporting it's easier to find the client I'm looking for.

Future consideration
Allow me to edit the appointment status of an invoice without having to delete the invoice. We invoice all of our clients first thing in the morning and then need to be able to change the status of appointments as needed.
Many of our clinicians charge different rates and have different cancellation rates. Allow me to configure my organization's cancellation policy to setup different rates for each staff member.
