Instant or Live Chat with Clients

I do believe that adding live-real time chat to the platform is beneficial. I have had many of my teens ask for this feature. I tried to vote on the other comments; however, I am not able to. The text message works; however, you will have to refresh the page as well as check every client to see if a text have come through because there are no notification alerts.

      I agree that my teen clients prefer the live chat feature from previous experience with such feature. Most of my teen clients participate in the live chat with me through other counseling referral programs. It would be a beneficial feature through TheraNest and allow me to move them over from the other platform to this one.

      I have worked on other platforms that offer Livechat (live texting). It would be helpful to offer Livechat sessions to communicate with clients. Many clients want this feature. Especially now with self-isolation (covid-19) and clients not being able to talk with others in the home.
