Take the inactive chat members off of the chat section. We have many that are on this list. Would make it easier to scroll. Many of these clinicians or office staff have been gone for many years.
Deactivated staff that continue to remain in the practice chat hinder the user experience by making it difficult to find the staff member needing to be messaged. If the purpose of our chat is to be better aligned as a team, it makes it difficult to navigate communication with a growing therapy group when there are numerous active team members and deactivated team members to look through. All important messages that we need saved we have in our email system. Chats through Theranest team chat we are okay with either deleting or having an archived function.
Please remove Inactive Staff members from the Practice Chat. I don't understand why we would need to continue to see Inactive Staff members listed in the Practice Chat list of Staff members, as if you can still 'chat' with them. They are Inactive and no longer with the practice!
