Our practice has mutliple locations and divisions so we utilize the practice chat frequently. I am a clinical supervisor and over the years we have had other staff members leave the practice and while I can "leave the chat", I still have 100's of chat's that I would love to be able to just delete or archive due to being the only one left in them. It would really increase our efficency and ability to communicate over mutliple locations between admin teams and clinical teams. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
Our company uses the messaging system for nearly all of our inner office communication. Because of this the amount of conversation threads within the messaging tab can increase quickly and can become cumbersome to navigate through. Every time a new group conversation is created, a new message thread is added to have to scroll through. I know you can delete a message within a conversation, but there is no option to delete an entire conversation thread. almost the same as deleting an entire text message conversation on your phone.

It would be helpful to be able to have the option to archive or hide old practice chats. I don't want to delete them as they should remain part of the EHR. However, so we don't get our messaging confused (if a clinician leaves the practice or there is a group message, etc.) It would be nice to be able to hide them, thanks
