Add or remove archived clients in reports

When running reports like Detailed Attendance it would be extremely helpful to have an option for showing archived clients. This way it accurately shows attendance over large amounts of time, such as all of 2023. We use this report a lot of tracking, but only recently realized it is not as accurate as we thought.

Currently the referral source analytics report does not include archived clients. It's difficult to get an accurate representation of which referral sources are generating the most income historically if once a client is archived that is no longer calculated into the report.

When running reports, include the data for archived clients. We are a college, so students come and go fairly regularly. When we run many reports, especially for demographic data, it doesn't include clients who have been archived.

Allow the option to filter out archived clients on the invoice aging reports

Especially to run a report showing the last time they were seen. When we have to delete client records after 6 years this report will allow us to search by last date seen and will make it easier to shred/delete records.

I'm trying to run a demographics report as we are a nonprofit and I need to report the figures to our funders. Unfortunately, the current demographics snapshots do not account for archived clients. When we try to export the data, certain components are missing including sexual orientation, gender identity, etc.

Why is this not a part of the reporting function already? We are a nonprofit and we need to show all client demographics, not just active (unarchived) clients. At the very least, please put in option to pull archived clients and we can add the figures ourselves

If I could run all Reports with archived clients, and give archived clients ALL the filters like the active clients for reporting and tracking.. With date archived as well

Yes, I need this for for quarterly reports that are required by the board of directors at my agency! It makes it way more difficult when I can't easily pull this information.

After 7 years, we can delete client files. To do this, we'd like to have the ability to see archived clients in the Detailed Client report. With this ability we'd be able to sort by Last Appointment Date and delete the client file.
