A great upgrade would be to allow subscribers to upload a digital picture of our signature to use to sign notes, rather than having a typed or drawn signature. Adobe offers this option, and it is very useful as it allows me to sign my notes electronically with my actual signature. Thank you.
Sorry to see this is an issue that has been going on for at least five years. This topic is important and doesn't seem to difficult to add to the system. Please make this happen. Clients who submit receipts to their insurance and or Flex plans are being asked for receipts with signatures.
Electronic signature capture devices (topaz, etc.) render captured signatures as images. Some (such as topaz) are compatible with internet browsers. Creating the ability to copy/paste or upload an image file as a signature (akin to Adobe e-sign) would be a valuable feature for practices concerned about signature validity.
I totally agree. Is it a security concern, that it's not already something that's allowed? It seems like it would be incredibly easy to implement, so I'm guessing there's some reason why it hasn't already been done.
The electronic signature needs to be enhanced so that if you type a signature it looks more cursive. Ideally, it would be helpful if you could upload a scanned signature for use on documents. It should also be available to be used on custom forms that we have created.
We use a PDF template for notes, which allows for an image of a signature to be inserted right into a document. It would be very helpful to be able to add my actual signature (in image form) to documents in your software.
