Add a disclaimer to any client sending a client portal message that the portal is only appropriate for issues that can wait for at least 24 hours for a response and that they should contact their local crisis service or dial 911 if they are experiencing an immediate issue.

Allow me to add customized text on the appointment scheduling page; I would like to be able to add emergency information in case the person is in crisis, as well as disclaimer information regarding times they would need to schedule by phone instead of online. For liability reasons, I don't feel safe linking new clients directly to the scheduling page without these disclaimers.

Add a warning dialogue box that client portal messages are for non-urgent matters only and that for urgent matters, clients can contact the national suicide hotline or dial 911.

Please consider adding a 'customize text' feature to the New Appointment Link/Client self-schedule page. In order to let students schedule their own appointments, there should be a disclaimer regarding emergencies: 'If this is an emergency, please call 911' OR 'If this is afterhours and you need to talk to someone, call ____' or 'If you need an appointment sooner, please call or email _____', or include information about drop-in/triage hours. This can be a LIABILITY issue, so please consider adding this ASAP. Thanks.
