Client Portal Updates PLEASE

1) allow the therapist to set hours to only be seen on the portal but allow the therapist to override and make appointments outside the hours shown 2) allow the therapist to select which paperwork is sent to each client (meaning some forms only go to clients which are children, couples, individuals, and forms for different types of therapists (interns, etc) Allows for us to customize who gets what when it is needed. Maybe a checkbox list of them that the main ones are auto checked and we can choose others. Such as child information form, adult information form, couples information form. 3) Move Submit button to a more prominent place about 75% of my clients are not hitting submit... too far to scroll down ... even when I tell them to 4) When they complete paperwork have an option to make a valid credit card and option, this would of course autofill in appropriate place on software. Maybe an accept and acknowledge button for each different form, not just one mass one at the end. 5) On acceptance and signature of the forms add relationship to client, name typed in VERY IMPORTANT, especially for minors 6) Give option to add logo to paperwork 7) Give option to print blank paperwork and forms

    I see children and parents at my practice and have different forms for each client. Its frustrating to not be able send different forms electronically.

    I agree with all points, most specifically #2. I submitted a request for the same thing and am requesting it take place very soon. Thank you!

    Still looking for #1 and #2 to be done as a priority!!! also, with the new cc on the portal, ensure clients can't delete all of them. Would LOVE to use the portal but without these at a minimum it doesn't work for us!

    also be able to require new client to input a credit card in order to book an initial appointment, and agree that if they don't show up or cancel outside of 24 hours it will be charged a specified fee.
