It would be fantastic if we could use telehealth/televideo for clinical supervision meetings. With the current process, we are required to add a supervisee/staff member as a client in order to schedule a virtual meeting. That is not helpful nor relevant as a staff member/other clinician needing to staff cases is not a client but still needs a confidential, HIPAA compliant platform. If we are charged for the use of telehealth, we should be able to use it for all things clinical (meetings, case consultations, etc.) and not just for delivering therapy.
This is an ESSENTIAL need for my small group practice; as during the pandemic we conduct supervision via telehealth. PLEASE prioritize this to make it possible! Thanks in advance!
Enable a video function for inter-office communication. This would be helpful for supervision between staff members that needs to be "face to face" but the staff are in different locations.
Expand the existing chat feature to include video chat between staff members. This can be helpful for practices providing supervision between office locations.
