Allow group telehealth sessions with non-client attendees

It would be beneficial to be able to have multiple family members (e.g., teenager and parent) join the telehealth session from multiple devices (e.g., teen in one room, parent in another). I paid for the group telehealth option thinking that it would permit this setup but it unfortunately requires each person to be a client in theranest and then set up a group therapy session which does not accurately reflect the situation I described. In this case I want to maintain the child as the identified patient and have not to create a patient account for the parent.

I meet with the parents of my minor patients regularly. There is no way to meet with two parents simultaneously over telehealth without subscribing to a group plan ( I do not run groups) and making an individual profile for each person (thus creating three "client" profiles for one case). This does not make any sense, messes up note taking and billing. Parents should be able to use the same link to both log on from their respective offices.

Upgrade individual telehealth package to allow 2 clients to join for session. We do not need a group account, but it is impossible to do couples' counseling or parent consultations when both clients cannot be in the same location. We are limited to what services we can offer with the current package.

The Group telehealth option is only for "group" therapy with multiple participants. This still does not give the option to do therapy with multiple people for 1 client. We should not be starting and keeping medical records for those who aren't clients. For example: identified patient is in location and partner/parent is in another location. We should not have a medical record for partner/parent to invite them.

This has also caused our office multiple issues when trying to add a guest to a session. We have school professionals, interpreters, family members in different locations, and others who need to join sessions. Theranest has not made this process inconvenient and frustrating for staff members and clients. I would love to see an implementation of the link that could be copied and sent to anyone who can easily jump on the telehealth video.

It would be very helpful to be able to have multiple individuals join a telehealth session from different devices/locations (e.g., child on their home computer and parent on computer at work). The group therapy telehealth option is not the right fight as it requires that each person have a client profile and in this type of session the child is the identified client. I compare it to in person sessions when the parent joins for part of the child's session. Given that many of us will be continuing telehealth for an extended period given the COVID data in our communities, this would be a very useful feature.

This would also be helpful when trying to supervise sessions for interns. I'm not a fan of having to create a "fake client account" for myself and then having to create groups for every client of my interns so I can sit in on sessions.

The other issues is play therapy. The only way I figured how to have 2 views is to have an 'extra' user that shows the activity/2nd view. Or, if we need parents o rin the session.

The idea that I have to pay extra for telehealth group sessions seems to be a discriminatory facet that I have discovered. My example is that I see a deaf person and they have a translator that also is involved. We cannot meet for sessions via telehealth because I do not have a group option and the cost is prohibitive for this small population.
