Allow individual codes/notes for family therapy by telehealth
I see families in multiple locations by telehealth. I need to bill as individual or family therapy not write a group note.

Yes, we need to be able to add an actual note to these but also then not be prompted to write out invoices for each member involved. I do a lot of couples and family work with adult family members. So I create accounts so each person is consenting and signing paperwork. Then I add them to the family group so that I can make sure each adult gets reminders about the appointment. But then I'm being prompted to write a "group note" which is not appropriate, and to create invoices for everyone involved which I would not do. It is taking extra time to go in and write up zero dollar invoices for each person that I am not billing under.
