Measure treatment success rate and track outcomes in a report

I'd like to have a treatment summary after treatment ends. I need a way to see the success or failure of client treatment, including outcomes based on specific diagnoses and treatment protocols (i.e. service types/CPT codes).

Attach files and multimedia files to clinical documentation

Allow me to attach files and multimedia files (photos, audio files, etc.) to my clinical documentation (progress notes, initial assessments, etc.).

Filter Agenda & Calendar by appointment status

I wish there was a way you could filter the calendar by status type. As well as having set up so that each staff members appointments fall in a column order not sporadically in the calendar for ease of use. As this becomes difficult with places ...

Include signature line for custom forms

Allow clients/caregivers a way to sign custom forms. When creating a custom form there isn't a way to add a signature field.

Link place of service codes to service types

Allow me to link place of service codes with service types so when I select that service type when creating an appointment the location code is automatically updated.

Remove demographic fields

Allow me to remove some of the demographic fields that are displayed in the client's details and the Client Portal. There are some fields we don't need to capture (e.g. Religion).

Disable appointment reminders after appointment confirmation

If a Client confirms an appointment via an appointment reminder, add a setting to disable subsequent appointment reminders for the Client's appointment.
