Future consideration
Currently, once insurance is marked as inactive it cannot be made active again (without creating new and re-entering). Please make it so you can change the status back to active again.
Measure treatment success rate and track outcomes in a report
I'd like to have a treatment summary after treatment ends. I need a way to see the success or failure of client treatment, including outcomes based on specific diagnoses and treatment protocols (i.e. service types/CPT codes).

Add option to make Client Details address fields mandatory
Add a new option to make all Client Details address fields (Street, City, State, Zip Code) mandatory. These fields are required for insurance billing and currently, they are not mandatory.

After enlarging the boxes in our custom forms, once you start typing into them they revert back to their original size. They auto-expand as I type but I'd like for the text box to remain enlarged.
