Customize restriction for portal scheduling/cancellations/reschedules
Currently, there are two client portal settings to allow clients to schedule an appointment, and another setting to allow clients to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours, but I'd like to adjust the time to 48 or 72 hours.
Add client availability to prospective clients list
When adding a client to the prospective clients list, allow me to indicate which days and times they are looking for so I can quickly see who to contact when I have that date/time available.

Future consideration
It would be great to have a system in place where we can send and receive client referrals. Currently we are e-mailing back & forth and it takes too much time as we are growing.

Provide more plan information when running eligibility checks
When running eligibility checks, the returned information should provide more information about the client's plan such as the deductible amount, copay, etc.
