Select Place of Service when Creating Appointment

Allow me to select the pace of service code when creating an appointment.

    Theranest would be 100% perfect for us if we were able to put the service code in the progress not only and bypass the calendar. Im note sure if this is possible but it would be a complete game changer for us if you guy would be able to do this. please, please, please!!

    Hello, I would like to be able to add the Type/Location of the session to the calendar event. I have to edit it when I put in the progress note, so it would be awesome if I can just set it on the calendar event and it auto populates to the progress note.

    It would be VERY helpful to be able to change the "Place of service" in the appointment screen. We are a practice that sees clients in office but we also do a lot of school appt's which requires an 03 POS. I've just been told that the only way I can change the POS is to create the invoice and go and edit each on individually. I suppose I could accept this but there's no way for the scheduler to indicate that it was a school appt. I was told that the scheduler should let me know each time she schedules a school appt. which seems like anything BUT a solution. Short of having a feature in the appointment screen to select the POS, It would be helpful for me to have the "appointment notes" (not the progress notes, but the notes on the appt screen show up on the agenda..this would be an easy flag to let me know it's a school appt and that I need to edit the invoice. This is an immediate and substantial problem for our practice and a quick remedy would be very appreciated. We are new to theranest and so far we are very happy with the program. The billing so far feels like the biggest problem for us.

    Often appointments will change to telehealth if a client or a therapist is sick. I don't always know that that's happened for my therapists and they don't always remember to update it in the progress notes. Putting it in the appointment box would let us both see it more quickly and would put it more forward in their minds as something to pay attention to.

    If you use TheraNest’s telehealth subscription option, then this isn’t an issue. But for the rest of us it is problematic for the practices where different clinicians use or don’t use the Progress Notes feature of TheraNest. Alternatively, if a place of service code (like the new “10”) could be associated with a specific service type, then that also could’ve extremely helpful.

    I know this idea was already suggested. Some therapists do not use the record keeping notes int he system so all the invoices have to be changed one by one before being sent out. PLEASE add this selection when creating the appointment into the calendar!!! Thanks
