Restrict staff scheduling with certain service types
To enhance the accuracy and efficiency of scheduling and billing, allow practices to configure restrictions on service types for which providers can be scheduled.
Add client availability to prospective clients list
When adding a client to the prospective clients list, allow me to indicate which days and times they are looking for so I can quickly see who to contact when I have that date/time available.

Future consideration
When I schedule a full-day appointment and have the calendar in Staff view, allow me to always see the appointment even if I scroll down to later on the calendar so I don't try and schedule something.
I think it would be great if you could order service types however fit best for your practice. For me I would like to have the Free Phone Consultation at the top. To go a step furhter I would LOVE it if there could be a seperate log in for client ...
If I'm using my mobile device to access TheraNest, have the relevant app pull up if I click the client's email address or phone number so I can contact them without having to copy and paste their information.

Once statements are generated, there is no way to access them to reprint or see what was included on the statement. It would be helpful to have a record of past statements that were generated to access again at a later date, similar to what bank o...
