Notify admins of information changes in client portal
As an administrator, notify me when a client makes changes to their information in the client portal (e.g., address, payment method, phone number, etc.).
Add ability to invoice half and quarter unit increments
For service codes we really need to have unit increments starting at .25. We could then then chose "bill .5 units" each time this service is performed.
We need this for .5u .25u .75u 1u all the way to 2u's. I hope this happens soon! Thank you!!
Allow me to choose which staff members can view another staff member's calendar. For example, a supervisor may need to view only their supervisees' calendars but not anyone else's.
After I write a secure message, allow me to set a time for when it should be sent to the client. I may want to write a message today, but not have it sent until tomorrow and I don't want to forget.
Automatically assign appointments to staff assigned to client
When I make an appointment, automatically assign the therapist that's assigned to the client instead of assigning the staff member that is creating the appointment.
Remind me if client's have a credit when processing a payment
When charging clients, it could be really helpful to have a pop up that said "this client has a positive balance of $--". This would help to remind to use funds overpaid from previous sessions when charging clients.
Allow me to turn on alerts for certain billing items/tasks so we can be notified if a client's credit card has expired, if there's a certain balance owed, if their deductible has been met, etc.

ability to see which appts have been billed & which have been paid by insurance & those w/ open balances & all pd w/ abbreviations from the calendar view
Alert me or notify me if a client has an outstanding balance that has exceeded a certain number of days. For example, if a client hasn't paid in 30 days we need to follow up.
