Add a calendar preference to display client first initial and last name in user profile and settings

Please allow for "show only first initial and last name" on preferences along with the option of "show only client initals in synced calendars" for calendar options in profile and settings.

Diagnosis on Treatment Plan

I would like to have the ability to include my clients current diagnosis on the treatment plan. It seems if we are basing goals and objectives on a diagnosis than the diagnosis should be on the treatment plan.

Make it easier to delete a client

When I delete a client, have TheraNest delete all the associated case notes, invoices, etc. I shouldn't have to remove this information first before deleting the client because it takes too much time.

Don't allow me to invoice upcoming appointments as this can lead to incorrect charges if the invoice is created and the client doesn't keep the appointment.

When processing batch payments, allow me to see if any clients have a credit on their account so I can not process those invoices.
