Make billing note box larger

It would be great if the Billing Notes box on the Bill To and Insurance info tab and the client's ledger would be as large as the text within it - instead of having to drag the box to make it large enough to see the contents

Send primary ERA when billing secondary

If I'm billing a client's secondary insurance, allow me to send the primary ERA with the secondary claim because some payers require this.

Download list of invoices from Process Existing Invoices tab in Batch Invoicing

It would be nice to have the option to download the list of existing invoices in a CSV, specifically from the Process Existing Invoices tab under Batch Invoicing.

Show client flags in batch payments

Allow me to view client flags in batch payments. We have certain clients that have special circumstances and cannot process their cards. I'd like to exclude these clients when running batch payments.

Change defaults when applying a payment

When I apply a payment, change the defaults that appear so that I don't have to change them every time. For example, make the default "insurance" rather than "client" and leave the amount fields blank.

Have default place of service populate for unbilled appointments

If I create an invoice with a new line item that isn't linked to an appointment, have the place of service be the default place of service I've selected in my organization settings.
