Add the ability to link multiple Progress Notes to Appointments. This ability would be helpful in the situation where clinics utilize progress notes and psychotherapy notes as methods of documentation for each appointment/session.

Allow my providers to create a dynamic form and send it to clients without having to copy it to intake. They make worksheets and assessments for their clients that don't need to be available to everyone as an intake form.
