Track pay period dates

Allow us to set up pay period dates so I can run the Payroll reports by those dates. Then I don't have to remember the dates off the top of my head or track them externally.

Display only client initials throughout TheraNest

It would be nice if there was a "privacy mode" (not just in the calendar tab) that showed only client initials in the agenda, notes, etc - this would allow for using theranest even in settings in which others might be able to see the screen.

Set inactivity logout per user

As an admin, allow me to set the amount of time a user is logged out due to inactivity. The amount of time needs to be less for front office staff, but it can be more for people who work in the back office.
