Add report that will pull information filled in from dynamic forms

There are specific fields that we use with our clients, such as household size, and past military service information. It would be great to be able to export or download a spreadsheet with the clients' names and this additional field data.

Add "other" option to dropdown and multi-select form elements

When creating a dynamic form I would like an "other" category in the dropdown and multi-select form elements that would allow the client to fill in a different answer that's not in the list.

Only marked check boxes should appear on Dynamic Forms

Eliminate large spaces between sections and only show marked check boxes on Dynamic Forms. This will minimize the number of pages long a progress note is.

View past progress notes when editing

When editing a progress note allow me to view previous progress notes so I can see what was documented in previous sessions.
