Currently, once insurance is marked as inactive it cannot be made active again (without creating new and re-entering). Please make it so you can change the status back to active again.
Measure treatment success rate and track outcomes in a report
I'd like to have a treatment summary after treatment ends. I need a way to see the success or failure of client treatment, including outcomes based on specific diagnoses and treatment protocols (i.e. service types/CPT codes).

Add drawing/whiteboard abilities in Telehealth sessions
Allow both provider and client to annotate on each others video or shared screen like a whiteboard. Include drawing tools like pens (with colors and thicknesses), lines (different types), shapes (arrows, rectangles etc) and text annotations.
I wish there was a way you could filter the calendar by status type.
As well as having set up so that each staff members appointments fall in a column order not sporadically in the calendar for ease of use. As this becomes difficult with places ...
Display client's secondary insurer copay in the client's details and ledger
If a Client has a Secondary Insurer, display the Secondary Insurer copay along with the Primary Insurer copay on the Client Details page and within the Client's Ledger.
