If I navigate to a client's notes and there isn't an open case, don't create a new one. I may only be looking at the notes to review notes from a closed case and I don't need a new case created.

Future consideration
Improve the workflow to create a group note for the group and progress notes for each client in the group. Right now it takes too much time to complete the notes and I have to jump to different areas.

Future consideration
We use the "notes" field in the appointment details screen to leave messages for the admin or therapists about what payment to collect at the time of the client's appt. It would be helpful to have the appointment detail notes visible on the agenda
