Customize client portal invitation message

The welcome message of Therabook needs to be editable such that the practice welcomes the patient. Currently, the therapist welcomes the patient, which is less professional. The welcome message reads, "Jane do invites you..." I would like it to read "ABC Counseling invites you..." Additionally, the patients are the patients of the practice, not the therapist. If the therapist left the practice, we would try to retain the patient.

With the new customization on the portal you can create your own step by step if you choose to. I even include the link to the support site in our invitation. https://help.theranest.com/client-portal-clients

The welcome message should inform new clients to complete the intake paperwork and provide their insurance information. Clients at logging in and updating their demographics, but not completing the paperwork. While the demographics is important we still need the completed paperwork in order to render services.

I think you should be able to customize the invitation email that gets sent out to clients- I'd love to be able to include a guided description of the intake forms as well as remind clients to fill out the insurance/billing and demographic tabs so it is less confusing.

I also would like to be able to remove the client's name. Because it is being sent to new clients, there is the possibility that the email address is incorrect. Just having a generic option that says "you are invited to join the portal for XYZ counseling service" would be more confidential if it happened to go to an incorrect email.

There is a work around for this idea until TN fixes it. As an administrator, create an admin staff member using the name that you would like. Then, log into TN using that account and send the invitations from there. For example, create a new staff member with the first name, ABC, and the last name, Counseling. Then, log into that account. Send the invitations to TB from the admin according and it will read, "ABC Counseling invites you..."

When being invited to Portal the message reads: "XXX has invited you to create an account on their client portal where you can schedule appointments." We will not be allowing clients to schedule their own appointments. Therefore this message would be erroneous. While in theory, the option to copy and paste a link in an email to each client indeed and alternative, it creates more work for us and defeats the purpose of this feature entirely. Also, once logged in to the patient portal, if the option to schedule an appointment has been eliminated in our settings, the 'add appointment' tab should not appear as an option for the client.
