A feature through the client portal where a client can "check in" for their appointment. The client can alert the therapist they are here for their appointment, and also be alerted to their co-pay or session fee and can pay upon check in through the portal. This would be so helpful!
On Theralink, if the client is self-pay, they are required to pay for the session before entering in the telehealth session. Pleaes make that feature here. In planning on transitioning from Theralink to TheraNest that is the only thing that is missing.
For teletherapy sessions, it would be extremely helpful to have the client have to pay their copay prior to being admitted into their teletherapy session. This would make it so the client could not accrue a high balance without payment, and would allow the therapist to get paid more promptly. Having it be mandatory to pay the copay prior to the session beginning would be exactly like it is when a client is seen in the office and the receptionist takes the copay before the client is called back for the session.
Yes, You just need to complete an invoice in the ledger that shows the amount they owe. Also, add it your your intake forms that payment is required (ex. 24 hours prior to appt)
