Only allow telehealth sessions to be started within a certain time frame. We've had providers and clients accidentally start future telehealth sessions.

As an administrator, allow me to enable or disable a setting that would prevent telehealth sessions from starting early.
I have had this as well and it's problematic because it allows the client to "sit" in the session where it says they are waiting for their provider to start the session; meanwhile, the provider is in the current session of the day.
Sessions should only be able to be started for that calendar day they are scheduled for.
