Identify appointment as telehealth if not subscribed to integrated system

If I don't use TheraNest's integrated telehealth system, allow me to still mark or identify an appointment as telehealth so I can report on these appointments.

    If your organization uses our new scheduling experience, you can now mark appointments as Telehealth even if the provider is not subscribed to our integrated Telehealth solution. For these appointments, the Telehealth reminder template will be sent.

    Note: Telehealth links will not be generated for these appointments, so consider updating your Telehealth reminder template as the placeholder for the Telehealth link is included by default. The new scheduling experience is being rolled out in phases. All organizations will have the new experience in the coming months.

      As a non-user of your telehealth platform, I appreciate being ablenow to designate telehealth, to populate the correct billing codes. I typically assign a specific zoom (or google meet) link to each patient: I'd like to be able to put it into the calendar field.. so your calendar can be as usable as my google calendar is right now.

      At this time, if we are NOT signed up to use your telehealth platform, all appointments default to our in office place of service code. There is no way to code appointments as "telehealth" other than to go in each, individual invoice after it has been created, and change the place of service code to "02." What is the point of having a default telehealth place of service setting if it is only usable if we subscribe to your telehealth platform? Please make a box that is in the appointment field and will indicate to the system it is a telehealth appt., even if we are not subscribed to your telehealth platform. OR allow us to crease service types that link to place of service codes like most other EHRs do!

      I only see clients virtually but since I now use another platform for my telehealth sessions I no longer have the option to select that when scheduling appointments. And/or it would be nice to be able to have all appointments default to telehealth (whether subscribed or not).
