Select whether completed intake forms should save to clinical or general documents
When creating an intake form, allow me to choose whether the completed form is saved to the client's General Documents or Clinical Documents for all open cases so we can limit which staff can view them.
Populate demographics information from Client Details/Additional Details tabs on Client Forms
After adding Demographics on the Client Details and Additional Details tabs, populate the Demographics information on Client Assessments, Notes, and Forms.
Allow me to search progress notes by keyword so that if I'm looking for a note where I know we did something specific during that session I can find it easier.

Future consideration
Number the notes for us so that we do not have to manually count how many sessions we have conducted with our clients? This helps with certain insurance groups that limit our sessions. Thank you!

If I navigate to a client's notes and there isn't an open case, don't create a new one. I may only be looking at the notes to review notes from a closed case and I don't need a new case created.
