If I navigate to a client's notes and there isn't an open case, don't create a new one. I may only be looking at the notes to review notes from a closed case and I don't need a new case created.

My state allows me to pass on credit card processing fees to clients. Allow those charges to automatically be applied to the client when processing a credit card payment.
Allow me to send my clients a survey to capture their feedback about their treatment at a certain frequency (e.g., I may want to send these surveys after every session, when their case is closed, etc.).
Alert for when a client has been closed for a certain number of years
Allow me to be notified when a client has been archived for a certain number of years so I can fully delete the client from Ensora Health, and allow me to delete more than one client at a time.
Number the notes for us so that we do not have to manually count how many sessions we have conducted with our clients? This helps with certain insurance groups that limit our sessions. Thank you!
