Allow staff without billing permissions to view and collect copays

Allow me to give a staff member the ability to view and collect client copays and balances without giving them full access to Billing.

Assign supervisor per patient instead of staff member

Allow me to assign a supervisor at the patient level. Our trainees have more than one supervisor and we'd like their notes to be reviewed/approved only by the staff member assigned to that patient.

When running the Missing Progress Notes report, allow me to easily view all progress notes that are missing. Right now I have to rely on a date range and I may be missing some if I don't go back far enough.

When my treatment plan is up for review, allow me to write a review summary for the current treatment plan rather than editing the old one or writing a whole new one.

Pass credit card processing fees to clients

My state allows me to pass on credit card processing fees to clients. Allow those charges to automatically be applied to the client when processing a credit card payment.
