Allow me to exclude the insurance amount from invoices like I can with statements.

Navigate clients to login page after requesting appointment

If a client requests an appointment via the new appointment link, after they request the appointment and create a login take them back to the login page so they know where to go and can bookmark it. Right now it just takes them to a dead page.
