View deactivated staff name under assigned staff in client list
We would like the ability to see who the client saw, even when the staff has been deactivated. For example: if a client decides to return, we can't tell from the archived client list which staff previously saw the client.

Allow me to view the client's primary payer on the appointment block or have a separate box appear with this information when hovering over the appointment so I don't have to leave the calendar to view this information.
Automatic telehealth appointment creation for specific service types
Allow me to designate a service type as telehealth so that when the appointment is created and the service type is selected, it automatically marks the session as a telehealth session.
Don't immediately send new appointment/changed appointment emails
When I create a new appointment for a client or edit an existing appointment, don't send them an email right away. Sometimes I may make a mistake and I want to be able to correct it before they get the email.
We have a large practice and our providers each have different rates. Allow me to set up service types for each provider rather than having one large list of organization-wide service types.
