Identify client's insurance as plan year or calendar year

Allow me to note whether a client has a plan year or calendar year for insurance purposes because it helps with insurance verification.

Modify multi-staff appointments for all members

After creating a multi-staff appointment or event, a block gets created on every member's calendar. If I want to delete the event, I have to delete each one individually, but I may want to edit, or delete the event for all group members.

Goal bank for treatment plans

When creating a treatment plan and adding goals for the client, allow me to pick and insert goals from a goal bank. I use the same goals for a lot of my clients and it would save time to just click and insert them rather than re-typing them.

Implement an hourly or flat rate for staff payroll

Instead of percentage, is it possible to set up a set pay rate for the staff. For example, I pay my therapist $30-40 hrly regardless of the insurance so each client they see is the same pay rate.

Select which goals appear on progress notes

Allow me to select which goals appear on the client's progress note for that session. I only want the relevant goals that we worked on in that session to appear, or none at all, rather than having all of their goals appear.

Add documents from a message to a case

When a clients send me documents via a message through their TN portal, allow me to upload those documents directly to their case without first having to upload them to my computer and then to their case. I prefer not to have client-sensitive info...
