Display warning on client portal to not contact if emergency
Allow clinicians to display a warning to not use the client portal for clinically urgent matters and to call the office or the local crisis number if the client cannot wait for the next time they have an appointment.
When running the No Show Appointments report, allow me to view the reason if one was entered, similar to the Canceled & Rescheduled Appointments report.

Auto-populate service location to note and invoice
Please allow a way for service location to auto populate to match the DOS on the note AND invoice. The current workflow is causing a lot of rejections due to providers not remembering to update the location on notes.

Create graph for closing disposition of the closed Cases report
Allow me to create a graph of the closing disposition from the Closed Cases report so I can see percentages for the reason why clients have left the practice without having to calculate this manually.
