Set calendar time zone

Allow staff members to set their time zone preferences for their calendar. We have staff members that operate under a different time zone than the organization.

Staff now have the ability to set a Default Time Zone from their Preferences. Setting this field makes the Calendar, Agenda, appointment lists for clients, and the Appointment Window all display session times according to the staff’s preferred time zone.

I love that locations can have time zones but also have therapists in different time zones and it is confusing for their schedule when there are multiple time zones. is there anyway we could sent the therapists time zone as well-

Due to many therapists now working remotely and being licensed in multiple states, it would be great if we could set our client's time zone so they get appointment reminders in their own time zone. Currently I see clients in MST and CST and it makes it quite confusing!

I live in EST but work out of CST and MDT. It would be super helpful to know what time zone my theranest calendar is on!

Can you *PLEASE* allow individual clinicians and clients within an organization to set their own time zones? Our organization has several clinicians in different time zones, and their clients are being alerted to appointments incorrectly because we are only allowed to have 1 time zone. Additionally, this is problematic when it comes to billing insurances, because the time zone stamps the note "creation" time in the incorrect time zone. So if I start a note for a session that was from 5:00 - 5:45 at 5:47, the creation time says 4;47, which will be problematic for insurance audits. This will cost clinicians/agencies money, which in turn could cause them to seek an EHR that allows them to individually set time zones for each clinician and for each client.

We have tutors located all across the country in different time zones. We need to be able to let them have their calendar for appointments coincide with the actual time zone they are in. Adding this feature would be super helpful!

Because some of us practice telehealth across time zones, it would be most helpful if the CALENDAR could be set up to reflect: 1 - client time zone time, 2 - therapist time zone time. The visual part of the calendar (blocks of time) would always reflect therapist time zone. The calendar time parameters should "stretch" to accommodate this so the therapist does not have to reset.
