Give an option to set time zone by location, or by therapist....for multi-city agencies in different time zones.

    Locations can now have a time zone different from the organization's time zone.  Appointment reminders for the location will now send in the location time zone (set to the organization time zone by default).  Time zone codes (e.g., ET, CT, PT, etc.) can be added to your text and email reminder templates with the new {{LocationTimeZone}} placeholder.

    What other therapists are writing here: YES! One of the main advantages of telehealth is precisely to let providers and patients connect even when they're in different locations - and different time zones. We've been urging, pleading with, begging TheraNest to make scheduling across time zones easy. We're frustrated and puzzled why you have not done it.

    Please add multiple time zones. Many of my clinicians are multi-state and live in different time zones then there client. This is super essential and one reason we are looking at different ehrs but we really dont want to leave theranest

    Yes, please please please! Letting clients schedule online is a nightmare otherwise (and I am always writing everything out). I have been asking for this feature since I moved from Illinois to Florida in December 2021. Half my caseload is still from CST, and now I have patients in EST. I have another client on Mountain time (they moved). I have CE classes in October in Vegas (and none of it enters well or transfers easily into TheraNest). This is an area we definitely need to catch up on, fast! Sarah

    I am licensed in States and see clients in different time zones. I am unable to use many features (self scheduling the top priority, appointment reminders, etc) because the client is understandably confused with the conflicting time. Please add a feature to set time zone by location. I am desperate to use many of the Portal features I pay for but am unable to utilize.

    I am licensed in multiple states and see clients in different time zones. As telehealth continues to expand, this will become more prevalent. It would be GREAT if clients can see available appt times IN THEIR OWN TIME ZONES. At the very minimum, can the calendar/scheduler have a reminder to the client of what time zone they are viewing the calendar in?

    Some of my clients are in different time zones. I need to be able to put the clients' time zones in for appointments, so that the reminders are not confusing.

    My practice is in New Mexico and I live in Hawaii. In syncing calendars, I would like the schedule in NM to be synced to my Apple calendar in Hawaiian time: NM theranest calendar in MST sync to Hawaiian Apple calendar in HST.

    Hi. I have a feedback for Theranest. I am serving clients from different time zones. I am wondering if Theranest can update and remind clients in their time zones when I set up appointments? Example, I always update appointments in MST time zone and clients from Texas got the notification and got confused with agreed time (5 pm MST will send them 5 pm CST, when it is supposed to be at 6 pm CST)

    I have been having a hard time, distinguishing the time zone for some of my patients and people I coach. I suggest having an option to choose different time zones for the client so that when they know what time to login for their appointment. I also recommend the tab to translate whatever time zone the client is in with the time zone the provider is in.

    Wondering if there is a way to show two time zones as I will soon be seeing clients from the PST in EST time zone virtually.

    I have two locations with two different time zones. I would like to be able to schedule with both time zones on the calendar and show the correct time for the client for the time zone they will be in. This has become complicated and many mixups are beginning to happen with staff and clients.

    I would like to be able to set a default timezone for each location. I would also like to be able to set a default timezone for each patient in the patient details section, but even starting with a default location timezone would be a tremendous help. The system is not scalable without this feature.

    I would like to recommend the ability to choose the time zone for each client so when they receive their appointment reminders it is set for the time zone they are in. I have multiple locations in different time zones and since appointment reminders are not in the client's time zone it has the potential to create many problems with scheduling their appointments

    Ability to select client time-zones and then have the reminders and scheduling updates and note times recorded accordingly, as well as setting a time zone for each office location.
