We use the "notes" field in the appointment details screen to leave messages for the admin or therapists about what payment to collect at the time of the client's appt. It would be helpful to have the appointment detail notes visible on the agenda
Visually differentiate between individual appointments, group appointments and non-client events in the Calendar
I need a way to easily see at a glance what kind of appointment or event I have on my calendar, whether it's for an individual, a group, or a non-client event like an office meeting.
Allow me to search progress notes by keyword so that if I'm looking for a note where I know we did something specific during that session I can find it easier.

Future consideration
Allow me to send my clients a survey to capture their feedback about their treatment at a certain frequency (e.g., I may want to send these surveys after every session, when their case is closed, etc.).
