If the progress note I have created is linked to a telehealth appointment, allow me to access the telehealth link from within the progress note so that if I get disconnected I don't have to navigate away from the note I'm writing.

Assign staff to case when appointment is scheduled
Have the staff member automatically assigned to a client's case when the appointment is scheduled so that we don't have to add them manually and so it doesn't create a duplicate case when the staff creates a progress note.

It would be great if the Billing Notes box on the Bill To and Insurance info tab and the client's ledger would be as large as the text within it - instead of having to drag the box to make it large enough to see the contents
Under a client's contact information, allow me to indicate if a client wants to receive voicemails so if I call them I can reference this information without having to remember.

Future consideration
Populate authorization on the invoice based on the date of service
Have the authorization populate on the invoice based on the appointment date of service. Sometimes I may create an invoice for a past appointment and the insurance has changed.
