Show appointment as rescheduled if client rescheduled from portal
If a client reschedules an appointment from the client portal and I confirm the new appointment, show the status of the appointment as rescheduled similar to how it would show if I rescheduled it within the application.
If you could please add "client notes" as an option for "customize grid" on the "Clients" tab it would be greatly appreciated. This would streamline many of our processes and save a lot of time for our practice. Thank you.
Edit permissions for clients to request appointments through the client portal
I want to use the client self-scheduling option but not everyone else in my organization does. It seems there is only a way to turn it on for everyone or not at all. Can you change this to be a user to user choice?
Make it easier for clients to submit appointment requests on the portal
Make it easier for our clients to submit appointment requests on the portal. Once they fill in the appointment information they think they are done and forget to click the "Submit" button.
When a client requests an appointment online and I accidentally accept or decline it and then undo it, the "undo" email is confusing because clients don't realize the appointment is still unconfirmed and they need to wait for a follow-up.

Book with more than one provider on the client portal
Allow clients to request an appointment with more than one provider when requesting an appointment on the client portal for clients that participate in co-therapy.
If a client signs up via the client portal but a staff member hasn't been assigned to them yet, allow them to still message someone in the office in case they have any questions.
