Increase visibility of the Submit button for intake forms on the client portal
Move the "Submit" button to a more prominent place because many of my clients miss the submit button since they have to scroll down to the bottom of the page.

When creating an appointment, have the location automatically populate based on the service type I select. We offer free phone consultations, and it would be easier if our "Phone" location was automatically selected if the consultation service typ...
Create a feature that allows my clients to journal any thoughts they may have about sessions and progress and allow them to share their journal entries with the provider(s) assigned to their case.
If I send an intake form to a client through the portal, allow them to fill it out more than once. For example, we have some clients that need to complete multiple "releases".

Future consideration
Most of my clients are independent with activities of daily living. Rather than having to click through 13 drop down menus, it would be nice to have a box to check to mark them all as independent.
