Add ability to reschedule Late Cancel appointments

When we late cancel an appointment it won't let us reschedule it. Can you make it so we can reschedule a late cancel appointment please.

Keep test client in TheraNest

Have the test client from my TheraNest trial remain active in my account so if I need to see how something works or see what something looks like on the portal I can use the test client.

Make it easier to view a client's future appointments

Make it easier to see a client's future appointments. Right now I have to run a report or go to the client's appointment history, add filters, and sort the date. I need to get to this information quicker.

When processing payments from the Claims page, under ERA Received, it would be really helpful to have the ability to see if a client has a secondary insurance, and be able to submit that secondary claim from the Process Payments Adjustments window...

Set default rendering provider for self-pay clients

Allow me to set a default rendering provider for self-pay clients so that the rendering provider can appear on invoices. Right now I can only set a default rendering provider for clients that use insurance.

Include a signature line on printed treatment plans

Many of my clients do not want to electronically sign their treatment plans and would prefer to print them. Please add a blank signature line to the print treatment plan page so clients can sign printed paper copies on their plans.

prevent phone calls from interrupting video session

It would be most helpful if phone calls did not disturb the audio or video on telehealth sessions. Using the do not disturb call feature is not a solution as many people only have one phone and phone access is needed in case of an emergency.

Allow clients to check-in for appointments at a location

For clients that we see in the office, allow them a way to check-in for their appointment and have them complete any paperwork prior to the sessions.
